History of the North Dakota Family Alliance

Established as a corporation in 1987, the North Dakota Family Alliance has a history of providing analysis, educational and informational resources, training seminars, and inspirational concerts and banquets. These are all designed to help educate, equip and empower every citizen in North Dakota, including those in positions of responsibility, influence and authority, with the information they need to have a positive, powerful impact in their community and in the entire state of North Dakota concerning issues affecting our families.

North Dakota Family Alliance is an organized corporation, governed by a board of directors and is operating exclusively for religious, charitable and educational purposes, all as contemplated and permitted by sections 170 (c) (2) and 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

I see that they are considering joining with Focus on the Family--this bit is from their "Latest News" section on the website.

As we assess how we may better serve you and all residents of North Dakota, the NDFA board has approved two initiatives. One is to pursue affiliation with Focus on the Family. Successful affiliation will result in many benefits, including access to a tremendous amount of expertise and research capability. Second, the board is actively considering bringing on additional board members to provide greater statewide representation.

I think that we are very fortunate to have people working statewide and at the legislative level to preserve family values ---Special Delivery was proud to take part in this presentation/concert for the North Dakota Family Alliance.
